## How booking works

Browsing the fleet shows the whole collection with no prices. Prices are
answered once a visitor gives their name, contact details and travel dates: the
enquiry is recorded and the whole fleet is priced against those days, each car
carrying one all-inclusive figure with VAT and the daily mileage allowance
included. Nothing on the site checks a vehicle's availability — that is
confirmed afterwards, by a person.

From there the customer either reserves with a 35% deposit — the balance is due
at delivery — or asks a concierge to call them back. There is no account to
create and no obligation at any step.

Prices are quoted per trip and are not published on the site, so any figure
given without a specific vehicle and set of dates would be a guess. To get a
real price, a visitor needs to enter their dates and contact details, or call.
Availability likewise varies by vehicle and date and cannot be inferred from the
fleet listing.
