The hire terms are the ones worth reading before you pay. They are a summary of the commitments we make on every hire. The binding contract is the rental agreement you sign at delivery, which carries the figures specific to your car and your dates — the excess, the security hold, the fuel policy, where the car may be driven. Where the two differ, the rental agreement governs.
