Our minimum duration for car rental is for 2 days within the week and our weekend hire is Friday-Monday.
Do you offer delivery and collection?
Yes, we do. We offer delivery and collection across the UK. Simply give us the postcode for where you need the car and we will give you a quote!
What does the price include?
The price we quote for self-drive rentals will be VAT-included. The price also includes insurance & 100 miles per day. There is no need for you to worry about insurance as we have this covered.
Do you require any documents from the driver?
Yes, we only require a few, which are easily accessible. Just like other car rental companies, all we need is a copy of your driving license, passport and proof of address. For UK license holders we will ask for a DVLA checkcode yet this takes no time to send. A DVLA checkcode is a code which allows us to see your license history.
How can I pay for the car rental?
Like most car rental companies, we require full payment for bookings within the month. For bookings that are more than 4 weeks away, we only require 35% of the total sum to reserve your vehicle. We accept payment by credit/debit card, bank transfer, and cash. We also accept all major card brands, including MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and many more.
What is the excess amount for the car rental?
An excess amount is a contribution you are required to pay towards a claim you make on the cars insurance policy. For example, if your excess is £3,500 and causes £200 worth of damage, you will pay the full £200. Yet, if you caused £5,000 damage you, would only be liable to pay the total excess of £3,500.
Do I need to leave a deposit?
We do require a deposit for all rentals. The price will vary from make and model. We will take the deposit as a pre-authorisation. This means we don’t withdraw the money; we simply freeze it until the car is returned and cleared. The deposit must be taken by credit or debit card.
Is there a mileage restriction?
Our vehicles are not restricted to X amount of miles. Our quotes include 100 miles per day, any additional miles would be charged accordingly (prices varies on make and model). Your vehicle will not ‘cap out’ if you exceed the 100 miles; we will be notified and charge you when the rental is finished. We do offer pre-order on miles if you know you will be travelling far and would prefer to pay first.
