Bentley is the marque people choose when a Rolls-Royce would say too much and a Mercedes would say too little.
Three cars, and the choice between them is really a choice about who is driving. The Continental GT is the two-door: the one you hire to drive yourself, down to Goodwood or across to a hotel in the Cotswolds, and the one that is happiest with two people and a weekend's luggage. The Flying Spur is the same engineering with four doors and a back seat worth sitting in, which makes it the usual answer for an event you arrive at and then leave again. The Mulsanne is the old-school one, built when Bentley still made a car that was mostly rear compartment, and it is the wedding and the black-tie evening.
All three go out self-drive, delivered to an address in London or to any London airport, quoted as one figure with VAT, mileage and comprehensive insurance inside it.

The Flying Spur is the four-door version of the same idea — all-wheel drive, rear seats sized for adults, a boot that takes full-size cases, and shorter and easier to place than a Mulsanne. The Mulsanne is the large saloon built around its rear compartment: a petrol V8, rear-wheel drive, and a back seat that is the reason the car exists.

With four adults the Flying Spur and the Mulsanne are the answer: four doors, four or five seats, rear seats sized for adults, and boots that take full-size cases. It is a wide car, and you notice that on a narrow street and in a multi-storey. For a week of driving yourself around town, the Flying Spur is the easier car to place, and the Continental GT is the two-door if there are only two of you.
