Twenty-eight days. A 28-day car hire is the shortest booking priced as a monthly one; below that it is a daily or weekly hire, quoted the usual way. Above it the hire runs month to month, out to twelve months, and thirty days notice ends it whenever you decide.
Neither, contractually. It is a hire that happens to run for months: no finance agreement, no balloon payment, and you can change the car or stop altogether on thirty days notice. The car stays ours throughout, which is why its tax and servicing do too.
Tax, servicing, comprehensive insurance, breakdown cover, the agreed mileage, VAT and London delivery. You add fuel, and the congestion charge on days you drive into the zone. One monthly figure, VAT already inside it, and nothing added at the end of the term.
Yes, on the same account and the same invoice. A Defender through a wet January and a convertible in June is a common arrangement, and so is dropping to something smaller when the school run stops. Swapping into a supercar or a premium luxury car moves you into the stricter driver tier, so say so beforehand, not at handover.
For supercars and premium luxury cars, drivers aged 30 to 70 who have held a full licence for five years. For everything else, 25 to 70 with three years. Additional drivers are named and checked once at the start rather than monthly, and anyone not named is not insured.
