We do not use cookies

Not a qualified "we only use essential cookies" — this site sets none. There is no analytics, no advertising pixel, no session cookie and nothing that follows you to another website.

What the site does use is your browser’s own local storage, to remember where you were in a booking. That is not a cookie: it is never sent to our server, and it stays on your device until you clear it.

What we keep in your browser

Four items, all of them there to save you retyping something:

• Your trip — the pick-up and drop-off you chose, your dates and times, and the car you were looking at. Kept until you clear it, so returning to the site does not mean starting again.
• Your language — English, Arabic or Chinese, so the site opens the way you left it. Kept until you clear it.
• Your quote — the price we issued for your trip, so you can leave the tab and come back to it. Cleared when you close the browser.
• Your contact details — held only while you are being sent to the payment page and back, so a cancelled payment does not make you type your name and number again. Cleared when you close the browser, or as soon as the booking finishes.

All four are strictly necessary for the booking service you asked to use, which is why the law does not require us to ask your permission for them — and why there is no cookie banner in your way.

How to clear it

Clearing your browsing data for this site removes all four immediately, and nothing breaks — the site simply forgets your trip and starts fresh. In most browsers that is Settings, then Privacy, then clearing site data. Private or incognito windows discard everything when you close them.

Blocking site storage entirely will stop your trip carrying from one page to the next, but you can still browse the fleet and reach us by phone or WhatsApp.

Nothing loads from anyone else

Opening a page on this site contacts this site and nothing else. Every typeface, every photograph and every icon is served from our own server, so no other company is told your IP address, or that you visited, simply because you looked at a page.

That takes deliberate effort and is worth naming, because most sites do not do it: the fonts come from us rather than Google, and the photography from us rather than a stock-image CDN.

Two things involve another company, and both wait for you to choose them:

• The map on the contact page is hosted by OpenStreetMap and loads with the page. It sets no cookies, but your browser does ask OpenStreetMap for the map tiles.
• Payment is handled by Stripe. You only reach them by choosing to pay a deposit, at which point you are on Stripe’s own page and their privacy terms cover that payment.

Clicking a link to WhatsApp, a social profile or directions takes you to that company in the ordinary way. Beyond that, measurement tools from Google and Meta do load on this site — but only after you have said yes to them, and never before. The next section is about those.

Analytics and advertising, only if you accept

We advertise on Google and Meta, and we need to know which of those adverts lead to a booking and which quietly waste money. That means their measurement tags, which do set cookies and do tell those companies that you visited this site.

So we ask first. Until you press Accept, not one request is made to Google or Meta — not a tag running in a limited mode, not a cookieless ping, nothing at all. Press Decline and it stays that way permanently, and every part of this site keeps working exactly as it does now.

If you accept, two things are recorded, each with its real figure: that a price was quoted, and that a deposit was paid. We also keep, with your enquiry, how you arrived — the advert or link you came through. That is how a booking gets credited to the advert that earned it.

For a booking that completes, we additionally send Google a scrambled, irreversible form of your email and phone number from our own server. It is not readable as your details, but Google can match it against records it already holds, which is the point of it. This too happens only if you accepted.

Changed your mind either way? Clearing this site’s stored data resets the question and we will ask again.
