Yes. All our luxury and prestige hire vehicles, including our Range Rovers, are fully checked and valeted prior to every rental, so you always receive your car in immaculate condition.

Unlike many London car hire providers, what you book is what you get. In the rare event we cannot provide your chosen prestige vehicle due to circumstances outside our control, we will arrange a complimentary upgrade at no extra cost.

Our prestige car rental fleet in London is designed to accommodate both business and personal hire needs.

Yes. Our bespoke luxury car delivery service means we bring the vehicle directly to you — at a time and location in London (or beyond) that suits you.

Yes. Our Meet and Greet service is available at all London airports, including Heathrow. As part of our premium prestige car hire service, we come to you on arrival so you can get on the road without delay.

Yes. If you believe you’ve left an item in one of our prestige hire vehicles, please contact us as soon as possible at info@seasoncars.com or call us on +44 (0) 20 7907 9150 during office hours (Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00). We will do our best to locate and return your belongings. Please have your booking reference ready when you get in touch.

Our vehicles can be taken outside London within the UK. Travel outside the UK is not permitted without prior written approval. Please contact us before your rental if you require this.

Pricing & What's Included

No surprises. Every quote includes VAT, insurance, and a daily mileage allowance. Here’s exactly what to expect.

Every online quote from Season Car Rental includes the following:

  • A mileage allowance of 100 miles per day (unless otherwise stated in the vehicle description)
  • Fully comprehensive insurance cover (subject to an excess, see below)
  • VAT (Value Added Tax)

All our prestige car hire prices in London are shown inclusive of VAT with no hidden charges, so the price you see is the price you pay.

The following are not included in your luxury car hire quote and may be charged separately:

  • Fuel — all vehicles are provided with a full tank and must be returned full
  • Delivery and collection to your chosen location in London or at a London airport
  • Mileage overage — if you exceed the included 100 miles per day, additional mileage will be charged at a per-mile rate. Please ask for the applicable rate at the time of booking for your chosen vehicle.

You can pay for your rental using a Credit / Debit Card (Visa, Master / Eurocard, American Express) in your name. 

We also accept bank transfer as a form of payment.

Yes. A pre-authorisation hold will be placed on your credit card at the time of collection. The amount varies depending on the vehicle. This is released after the vehicle is returned in the same condition.

Full payment is required prior to or at the time of collection. We do not offer pay-on-return arrangements.

Driver Requirements

We want to make sure every rental goes smoothly. Below are the licence and documentation requirements before you get behind the wheel.

  • To rent a car with Season Car Rental, you will need a clean driving licence held for at least 3 years.
  • If you hold a new-style UK driving licence, you will need to bring both the ID card and the paper part.
  • Licences from other countries are acceptable. Remember to bring your original driving licence.

A: Please ensure you bring the following when collecting your luxury hire vehicle:

  • Driving licence — full details on licence requirements are covered in the next question
  • Credit/Debit card — in your name. Please note that some prestige vehicles require two credit cards, and debit cards are not accepted on certain models
  • Proof of identity — a passport or utility bill may be required as additional identification
  • Booking confirmation — if you booked online, please bring a printed or digital copy of your email confirmation

Travelling from outside the UK? If you are visiting London from another country, please also bring your original passport and, where applicable, your International Driving Permit (IDP) alongside your home country driving licence. 

Licences from overseas are accepted, but both documents must be originals (photocopies will not be accepted). If your licence is not in English, a certified translation or IDP is required. We recommend contacting us before your trip to confirm your specific documentation is in order.

You can rent a vehicle with minor infringements such as CU80 and SP30. Again, this is based on car type and insurance company confirming acceptance.

  • Prestige Vehicles are available to drivers aged 25 or older.
  • Super Cars are only available to those over thirty.
